These terms govern your use of thepipelab.net and any purchases you make through it. By using this site or buying a pipe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our Products
The Pipe Lab sells handmade tobacco pipes. Every pipe is one-of-a-kind — made by hand, one at a time. Because of this, each pipe has its own character. Natural variations in the wood grain, color, and finish are features, not defects.
Product photos are accurate representations of each pipe, but your screen's color calibration may cause slight differences in appearance.
Age Requirement
Our products are tobacco pipes. By purchasing from The Pipe Lab, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products and accessories in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for verifying local age requirements — that's on you.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include domestic shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment information goes directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
All Sales Are Final
Because every pipe is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
If your pipe arrives damaged or has a defect that wasn't shown in the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and we'll work with you to make it right.
Shipping
We ship from Vermont, USA via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping is included in the price. International buyers should contact us before ordering for rates and availability.
Once your pipe ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we'll help you track down a package if something goes wrong.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photos, text, logos, and design — belongs to The Pipe Lab, LLC. You're welcome to share our pipe photos on social media with credit, but don't use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We sell pipes. We do our best to describe them accurately, ship them safely, and stand behind our work. That said:
- We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
- We make no health claims about tobacco use. Tobacco pipes are sold as crafted goods. Use at your own discretion.
Tobacco Disclaimer
The Pipe Lab sells tobacco pipes, not tobacco. We don't sell, promote, or endorse tobacco use. Our pipes are handcrafted goods. If you choose to use them with tobacco, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with your local laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vermont.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
