Privacy Policy

When you buy a pipe, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. We receive your name, email, and shipping address from Stripe so we can fulfill your order. We never see or store your credit card number.

If you sign up for email notifications (drop alerts), we collect your email address.

That's it. We don't require you to create an account, and we don't collect anything beyond what's needed to get you your pipe and keep you informed if you want to be.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill and ship your order
• Send order confirmation and shipping notification emails
• Send drop alerts if you signed up for them
• Respond to questions or issues you contact us about

We don't sell your information. We don't use it for advertising. We don't build profiles on you.

We use a small number of services to run the site and process orders:

• Stripe processes payments. They handle your card information directly — it never touches our servers. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
• Resend sends transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, drop alerts). They process your email address on our behalf.
• Cloudflare provides our CDN, DNS, and image hosting. They may process standard web request data (IP addresses, request headers) as part of delivering the site to you. Cloudflare provides our analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic data with no individual tracking.

We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any other tracking or advertising services.

We don't use tracking cookies for visitors. No cookie banners needed here.

The only cookie on this site is a session cookie used for admin access to manage the store. If you're browsing or buying pipes, no cookies are set on your browser.

If you buy a pipe, you'll receive order confirmation and shipping notification emails. These are transactional — they're part of fulfilling your order.

If you sign up for drop alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any alert email. We won't email you after that.

We keep order records (name, email, shipping address, what you bought) as long as needed for business and tax purposes. If you want us to delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it where we're legally able to.

Email subscriber addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, at which point they're removed.
